Just a quick note to thank you for putting together such an amazing itinerary for the nine of us. I know that you worked hard on this, and your hard work paid off. Everything we did and every place we went was terrific; you included plenty of fun activities for the kids (and grown ups too), as well as things that none of the adults (who had been to Israel many times before) have ever seen or done. I must say that the excursion through the tunnel in the City of David was fantastic and a definite highlight.
Our guide Yuval who you chose for us, was definitely the best. He was amazing from the first minute we met to our final goodbye. He was wonderful with the kids, and put up with the adults!!! Yuval went above and beyond to be accommodating every day and could not have been a better match for our group. I don’t know if you have anything to do with arranging the driver, but Yakov was terrific as well.
The two young men who you arranged to walk us through the airport and customs for our departure were worth their weight in gold. It was a quick, painless and easy procedure.
