I just wanted to thank you for planning the most wonderful Israel experience for me and my family. I can't say enough about how wonderful it was. You set the tone immediately with the VIP service at the airport – being met at the plane and whisked away to avoid the lines and fly through customs was a real treat after the long travel. Our entire trip was planned with the right amount of history, culture, sightseeing and fun. Everyone had their favorite activity: Jeff loved the guided tour behind the Western Wall and the afternoon we spent in Old Jerusalem. Harry was amazed by the amount of Roman influence throughout Israel, especially in Caesarea and Beit Sheen. Joelle still talks about our Dead Sea experience and the morning we spent at Masada, learning about the massacre of the Jews by the Romans. I fell in love with the town of Safed, with the beautiful synagogues and art galleries. Above all else, we all loved our guide, Elad Lichtenberg, who brought Israel to life and connected our heritage to our daily experience. Thank you for everything. My husband, brother-in-law and I just returned from a journey to Israel and Jordan. It was a trip of a lifetime. I was researching travel agents for Israel last year when I read Conde Nast's issue noting the best in the business' for the various locations. Susan's office is 3,000 miles from my home in California, but I decided to contact her anyway. I was immediately impressed, asked her to plan our trip and have been completely satisfied with my decision. It is evident that Susan loves her work, and she is a warm and enthusiastic communicator.
