The net result from working with you was a highly organized and customized itinerary which offered my wife and I and another couple with whom we were traveling the very best of experiences. You heard our preference not to have every minute programed, instead giving us options that allowed us to see and experience much of what makes Israel so special in an active program designed to meet our interests . Right off the bat, both your highly-notated itinerary presentation and your suggestion for expedited service upon entry at the Tel Aviv airport made you a hero to us. We loved the special day in Tel Aviv that you arranged a market tour and cooking class with Orly Ziv, the memorable visit to the Yitzak Rabin Museum that you reserved for us and the general excursions around the city we hadn’t seen for 35 years. In departing Tel Aviv, we met our very special guide, Lior Eitam, with whom we traveled over the following week to many special destinations . He is a standout! He’s highly educated, worldly and eager to share his thoughts and experiences. And, when he learned that I had never had a Bar Mitzvah, 61-years’ belatedly he insisted on making it happen at the Western Wall in Jerusalem. Nothing ever seemed too much for him. Lior became our friend, and we miss him.
A visit to Petra in Jordan has long been on our bucket list, and here too you shined. Everything in Jordan—the trip to Wadi Rum, planning a Jordanian cooking class and then fabulous tour of Petra with Odeh (Audi) were absolutely perfect in every way (including the logistics to make it happen so seamlessly).
Your excellent hotel choices worked well for us and the special amenities you provided along the way were over the top. It was clear that you were watching over us from afar as we moved along.
Susan, thank you for everything. Know that I’d be pleased to share our experiences with any of your future travelers, and of course, to highly recommend you.
