The trip surpassed my expectations. Our guide, as you assured us, is phenomenal as a guide and a person.  We all fell in love... Thank you for helping us plan what turned out to be the best trip we have ever taken as a family. The trip was fabulous all the way through, thanks to your careful planning and excellent team in Israel. We were thrilled with our guide who was perfect for our family. My three daughters were so taken with him that when we returned to Tel Aviv after visiting Jordan and Eilat, we took him and his wife out for dinner in the Neve Tsedek. He was bright and interesting and most importantly, cared about the family. Your on-the-ground tour operator was also the model of professionalism and efficiency. Orit, in particular, was excellent all the way through. She checked on us on a regular basis and when I asked to change the itinerary to go to Eilat one day early, she made the arrangements without a problem. I am so happy that we did the overnight extension to Petra because we all loved the Wadi Rum, Petra by Night and spending the day totally relaxed discovering the wonders of Petra. The Movenpick was an excellent choice. The guide in Jordan, and his driver, also did a great job. As you promised, from the moment we arrived at Ben Gurion and were treated to VIP service, to the moment we left, we felt like we were in great hands. Thank you once again for making our trip to Israel such a wonderful experience.
