The hotels were all first class with amazing views of oceans, seas or panoramic city scenes. They each had incredible breakfast selections and were very clean with other nice amenities. We especially enjoyed the Mamilla in Jerusalem. The breakfast was spectacular with a variety of selections from omelets, salads and lox to assorted fruits, juices and breads. The roof top view and restaurant were first class (and reasonable). There was a lovely lounge where we met with some friends for wine and pastries. The location was also extra-ordinarily convenient with the Old City only steps away with a great mall connecting the two. The tour was also extremely will organized with a first class tour guide. She was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and a very special person who was able to balance the unique needs of grand parents with teenage children. There was plenty of time to shop, eat, relax and partake in a myriad of intellectual and fun experiences. The trips to Masada, the kibbutz in the Golan Heights, Yad Vashem and the "The Wailing Wall:" were only a few of the highlights of the many locations we visited. On top of all this, Julie and I both made some new friendships which we hope to maintain back in the States. Thanks again for helping facilitate so many life long memories!

I am not sure where to begin on how wonderful our Israel experience was with Susan Weissberg as our travel agent! I'll start from the beginning with the trip planning process which was so seamless, organized and timely. Susan took control right away booking flights and planning an amazing itinerary. I thought I'd started well in advance of the trip - about 9 months before departure - only to find out Christmas time in Israel is quite popular. Everything we hoped to see was covered in our itinerary but at a doable pace as we have 3 kids ages 8 to 13. The trip itself was the trip of a lifetime. The kids enjoyed it so much and soaked up every experience and piece of history. Susan was able to pair us with an incredible guide who instantly became part of the family. We missed him so much after our touring days were done. We certainly feel like we've made a friend for life. My 11-year old says it best in her letter to Susan from our family. She writes, "Dear Susan, Thank you so much for planning our Israel trip this winter! We had lots of fun and we are glad you helped "guide" us through Israel. The hotels, cities and tourist attractions you picked out for us were really amazing! Thanks again for all your hard work and planning. You are a great travel agent and we will be sure to recommend your service to many people." I couldn't have said it better! We look forward to working with Susan in the future as we plan additional adventures.
