Eilon was an amazing guide. He had so much patience with the boys and really gave our family a very warm and welcoming tour. We all loved him. Our favorite parts of the whole trip were the Jeep tour in the Golan and visiting with soldiers on an army base in the Golan. In Jerusalem of course the old town, Masada and Yad Vashem are all highlights. We had a fabulous guide at Yad Vashem; I would always try to request her for your guests. Somehow she kept my two boys quiet and engaged for two and a half hours, which we never thought possible! We also all enjoyed the "bites" tour at the market. It was fun trying lots of things and it helped that Eilon knew exactly where to take us rather than wandering around trying to decide where to stop. The jeep tour at the Crater was super fun, and so was Caliber 3. We all thought the underground bullet factory tour was very interesting and loved the Norman hotel!
We also had a lot of great food! I was surprised my how much we enjoyed the food and also surprised by all the varying beautiful scenery. More importantly, we came away with a much better understanding of Israel's history and current conflicts and why it is so important for us to support Israel.
We usually plan all of our own travel, but I can see where having had prior experiences with the guides and tours can be very helpful in ensuring a great experience. We will definitely refer our friends to you.
