Our family just returned from a magnificent trip to Israel. We had tried to plan the trip on own using e-mails/internet/friend's advice but we were getting frustrated and it was getting down to the wire and we did not know what to do. Two weeks before the departure, we were given Susan Weissberg's number in Coral Gables and wow! Within two days she provided us with an itinerary, and within one week we had finalized all hotels and a guide. We even had an opportunity to meet her here in Montreal as she took time out of a busy schedule at a meeting in order to review the full itinerary with us and make sure everything was clear to us. Everything about our trip was clearly outlined in an itemized day by day itinerary with pictures of where we would be touring, all names and contact numbers. The transfers, hotels, and all services were all excellent. Being met at the airport by a cheery face after the long flight, and helped with all the procedures was really appreciated more than I could ever imagine. The trip was excellent and the guide that she provided was exceptional, knowledgeable, personable and able to meet the needs of two 20 years olds, two 50 year olds and my 86 year old mother all at once. He took us to out of the way places we would have never found on our own or in guide books and over the trip, we learned the complete history of Israel. He knew every detail about the country! Susan's knowledge and understanding of Israel, attention to detail, and organization made this trip extraordinarily rewarding and we will use her for our next trip to Israel. We could never have organized a trip of this caliber on our own! I would highly recommend Susan Weissberg to plan your trip to Israel.
