Every part of this trip was everything that we have dreamed of for a very long time.Your outstanding personal service in planning our trip could not have been better. You listened to all of our ideas and put together an amazing itinerary. The VIP service at the airport in Tel Aviv was a total surprise to us and we were able to get through the airport, collect our luggage and transfer to the driver that you arranged in record time.
All of the hotels that you arranged were 5 star and equal to any hotel that we have stayed at in the United States. The Intercontinental in Tel Aviv and the Scots in Tiberius were outstanding, however the King David in Jerusalem was unbelievable. We have stayed in a suite in the Waldorf Astoria in New York and this hotel was the equal to that.
Our guide was outstanding. We feel that he is part of our family and could not have been happier with your choice. We have so many wonderful memories of Israel thanks to him and his insight . He is so knowledgeable in all areas and we may have not met anyone smarter than him in our lifetime.
The driver that you arranged to take us back to the airport in Tel Aviv and the personal VIP at the airport were first class. We were sitting in the lounge at the airport 15 minutes after we were dropped off including checking in with El Al, checking our baggage, and going through security. We couldn't have asked for more.
As far as the trip itself, we saw so many sites, so many wonderful and interesting things, so much history, and were introduced to so many people. The memories will stay with us for the rest of our lives.
