We want to thank you for the fantastic planning you made for our trip to the Middle East. We will definitely engage your agency again and recommend you to friends. You and your staff have been tops. Rachel greeted us at the airplane with a warm shalom, and quickly whisked us through passport control and baggage claim; we were out heading to Tel Aviv within 30 minutes of arrival at the gate (10 minutes were spent waiting for luggage). On departure, an agent was waiting for us at the airport to pass us through security, baggage inspection, ticketing, and second security; we were “delivered” at the gate way ahead of schedule; there were thousands of passengers wondering who we were. Border crossing into Jordan was also an expedited process without stress. The staff was punctual picking us up at the hotel. An agent was waiting to take us through Israeli exit procedures, another waiting in the Jordanian side to take us through Jordanian entry procedures and to hand deliver us to our guide and driver in the parking lot. The return from Jordan into Israel was as efficient. Crossing “the Wall” into Bethlehem was also very well planned. Yehuda, Nadal, and Audi were great guides. We literally “lived” with Yehuda for four days in Israel. He is a very knowledgeable man that perfectly balanced our Christian and Jewish interests. He went beyond the itinerary into nearby areas of interest. Lunch at the Golan Heights at a Druze family restaurant was one unexpected highlight of the trip. Had a good and positive disposition at all times, and willing to make our trip an unforgettable success. He was always punctual. He was a very safe driver. He is a professional. We feel he is now a good friend. Nadal was the guide in Bethlehem. He was very neat, polite, and knowledgeable. He knew the families of all my Arab-Christian (from Bethlehem) apparel manufacturing clients in Central America. We had the grotto where Jesus was born, behind the altar at the Church of the Nativity, all to ourselves before the crowds were let in! Audi received us in Jordan with a gift box of sesame cookies “from his boss.” Again, he was a very personable and knowledgeable guide on Petra and all things Jordanian, including history, geography and geology (ex-geological engineer); his explanation of the strata of the mountains and at Petra was impressive. He also had a good and positive attitude, and he was very polite. His driver was a very good, safe driver; he had ice cream waiting for us when we returned from the Petra five-mile walk. Nice little personal touches make a difference. The hotels were very good. We were never rushed and we saw everything we wanted to see and more. You made it a great, unforgettable religious and personal experience. You are a true professional.
